GENERAL LICENSING TERMS

  • Licensing Options: Our designs are available for both exclusive and non-exclusive licensing.

  • Buy-Out Option: Full rights to a design can be purchased at a higher price.

  • Licensing Agreement: All licensing engagements require a formal agreement specifying the permitted uses, durations, renewal terms, and fees. We may use our standard licensing agreement or accept your licensing agreement contract after review and mutual approval.

USAGE PERMISSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Permitted Uses: Designs can be licensed for single products or a range of products, including fabrics, home décor, and other applications. Specific terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Restricted Uses: Currently, there are no specific restrictions, but designs must not be used in illegal or defamatory ways.

  • Modifications: Clients must seek additional permissions if they wish to alter or modify a licensed design.

PAYMENT AND FEES

  • Fee Structure: Licensing fees may include upfront charges, ongoing royalties, or both, as stipulated in the licensing agreement.

  • Scope-Based Pricing: Fees are based on the scope of use, product type, geographic region, and quantity of products.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All upfront payments are non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

  • Ownership: We retain full copyright ownership of all designs, even after licensing.

  • Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our designs without a license is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

DELIVERY AND FILE SPECIFICATIONS

  • File Format: Designs are delivered in JPG format at 300 dpi. Files can be provided in CMYK or RGB color modes based on printer preferences.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Existing designs: Delivered within 3–5 business days after purchase.

    • Custom designs or collections: Timelines vary and are discussed individually. More details are available on our FAQ page.

TERMINATIONS AND VIOLATIONS

  • Violations: Any unauthorized use of our designs beyond the agreed-upon scope will result in fines and potential legal action.

  • License Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a licensing agreement if terms are breached.

REFUNDS FOR SERVICES

  • Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion if we determine that we are unable to perform the agreed-upon services.

  • Payments for deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the project does not proceed.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or control the content of third-party websites and cannot be held responsible for their content or your interactions with them. It is your responsibility to evaluate the suitability of any external website.

USER SUBMISSIONS

We welcome feedback, reviews, and comments. By submitting content, you:

  • Warrant that you own the rights to the content or have appropriate permissions.

  • Grant us permission to use the content on our website and social media for promotional purposes.
